Exchange Policy

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Used or damaged items will not be accepted for exchange.
  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
  • Customers may be required to pay delivery charges for preference-based exchanges.
  • If the issue is from our side, Zumra will manage the exchange process accordingly.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale, discount, or promotional offers are not eligible for refund or exchange unless the received product is defective or incorrect.

Zumra follows a No Refund Policy. Refunds are only processed in special cases such as unavailable stock or verified payment issues.
